Payment Terms
★ Method: Bank transfer or PayPal
★ 50% deposit is required after both parties finalize the concept and design ideas for the artwork. I will proceed with the sketch after receiving the deposit
★ The remaining 50% will be paid after both parties finalize the line art. I will proceed with coloring after receiving the remaining paymentCopyrights
★ I retain full ownership of the artwork, and I may post the artwork on various platforms to promote myself (except for private or commercial commissions)
★ Clients may use the artwork for personal purposes, please credit the artist when posting
★ If you wish to commission a private or commercial artwork, please inform the artist in advance regarding your purposesRefund Policy
★ Deposit will be refunded if you cancel before I begin the work
★ 50% refund if you cancel before I begin coloring
★ 100% refund if I fail to meet the agreed-upon deadline or If I have to cancel due to personal reasonsAdjustments and File Delivery
★ Up to 2 free edits at each stage (Sketch, Line Art, Color).
★ After 2 edits, the editing fee will be 20-50% depending on the extent of the changes.
★ The final artwork link will be delivered via Google Drive in JPG format for 7 days. Please save the image within the specified time. After 7 days, I will delete it to free up drive space.
★ Image size: 2000 x 2000, 300 dpi

Điều khoản thanh toán
★ Phương thức: Chuyển khoản ngân hàng hoặc paypal
★ Đặt cọc 50% sau khi hai bên chốt concept, ý tưởng tranh. Mình sẽ tiến hành sketch sau khi nhận được khoản cọc
★ Thanh toán 50% còn lại sau khi hai bên đã chốt bản line art. Mình sẽ tiến hành lên màu sau khi nhận được thanh toán phần còn lạiQuyền sở hữu tác phẩm
★ Mình giữ toàn bộ quyền sở hữu tác phẩm, và mình có thể đăng tranh lên các nền tảng để quảng bá bản thân (trừ com private, thương mại)
★ Khách có thể sử dụng cho mục đích cá nhân, khi đăng tranh vui lòng credit artist
★ Trường hợp khách có nhu cầu đặt tranh private hay thương mại, vui lòng báo với artist trước về mục đích sử dụng tranhChính sách hoàn tiền
★ Hoàn cọc nếu hủy khi mình chưa bắt đầu vẽ
★ Hoàn 50% nếu hủy khi mình chưa bắt đầu lên màu
★ Hoàn 100% nếu mình không kịp deadline đã thống nhất hoặc mình hủy đơn với lý do cá nhânChỉnh sửa và giao file
★ Miễn phí chỉnh tối đa 2 lần ở mỗi giai đoạn (Sketch, Line Art, Color)
★ Sau 2 lần sửa, phí sửa sẽ là 20-50% tùy mức độ thay đổi
★ Link tranh final sẽ được giao qua Google Drive dưới dạng JPG và giữ trong vòng 7 ngày. Khách vui lòng lưu tranh về trong khoảng thời gian đề cập. Sau 7 ngày, mình sẽ xóa để clear bớt dung lượng drive.
